East Boston's Premier Boutique Hair Salon

Opening The Darling Starling, a custom-built salon in East Boston, has been a dream more than ten years in the making. Frank was born and raised in the neighborhood and still lives within walking distance of the salon.

Frank co-owns the business with his wife, Holly, who manages bookings and social media.
